Glasba bi morala bit zaston, tko k programi pa filmi. če mislte drgač kar takoj odyebejte stran pa ne probat zagovarjat "ubogih igralcev pa glasbenikov" ker niso ubogi. Če pa že so, so pa zarad takih gnid, kot so sazas.

Svaka čast Radioheadom pa NiN za njuno potezo, da sta cdja izdala v samozaložbi. Končno lahko upam, da bodo paraziti tipa sazas, RIAA ipd. propadli, kot jim pritiče.

Krajani Tenetiš so najebali

Danes, na drugem krogu odločanja o predsedniku, smo v Kranju odločali tudi o izgradnji regionalnega odlagališča odpadkov v Tenetišah.
Na referendumu je občina spraševala 43.280 občanov Kranja "Ali ste za to, da se na območju sedanje deponije Tenetiše v skladu s predpisi EU-ja zgradi sodoben regijski center za ravnanje z odpadki?".
Na to zelo neobarvano vprašanje je pozitivno odgovorilo ~85% vprašanih, ki bi najbrž tako odgovorili tudi za katero koli drugo lokacijo ki bi bila dovolj oddaljena od njih. Zakaj občina o nečem, kar je tako samoumevno sploh sprašuje tiste, ki jim je pravzaprav vseeno, kje se ta stvar zgradi? Sprašujejo naj le tiste, ki jim določena rešitev greni življenja - Okoličane deponije in razne naravovarstvenike, če obstajajo. Takšna razširitev kroga volilnih upravičencev je bilo nekakšno posilstvo prizadetih krajanov s strani demokracije.

Pomojem je bila izvedba referenduma napačna odločitev. Čeprav so jo stisnili skupaj z volitvami za predsednika je še vedno stala preveč. Tako izvedba volitev kot propaganda ZA center, ki naj bi bila celo zavajajoča.

Upajte, da naslednji referendum ne bo odločal o postavitvi odlagališča jedrskih odpadkov pod vašo hišo...

Vozniški izpit

Polona vztraja, da moram narediti vozniški izpit. Ni edina. Tudi brat in še marsikdo mi pravi, da brez izpita danes ne moreš. Ne verjamem jim čisto, a Poloni na ljubo ga bom vseno naredil, saj pravi, da ji je po nekaterih cestah, ki vodijo do mojih priljubljenih destinacij (Lošinj) zelo težko voziti. Med prvimi potmi, ki jih nameravam opraviti je pot, za katero sem zelo začuden da sploh obstaja: direktna (lol) povezava Tržič - Jezersko. Ne verjamete? Začnete tu , končate pa tu... Druga je Bohinj->Šk.Loka, pa še kakšna bizarna se najde.

Avtomobile bi bilo po mojem treba prepovedati in mislim, da vaši razlogi proti niso vredni piškavega oreha. Sam bi promet po mestih uredil z javnim prevozom, daljše razdalje pa premostil z vlaki ali naprednimi pomičnimi trakovi.

Avtomobili pretirano obremenjujejo okolje ter obilno prispevajo k smrti ljudi in živali. Res je, da pomagajo premostiti razdalje, a če avtomobilov ne bi bilo, bi pač razvili in uporabljali bolj primerne oblike prevoza. Marsikomu je avto tudi samo duševna bergla s katero se tolaži, da on je pa ja kul, ker ima tak dober avto, pa da ga lahko tako hitro in sposobno navira po cesti, pa še ljudje se ga končno bojijo (pešci).

Šola

Jutri je spet izpit, tokrat Organizacija poslovnih procesov, in seveda delam vse drugo, le učim se ne. Na ta predavanja sem hodil izjemoma in je tudi edini predmet, za katerega še nimam inskripcije in frekvence (Ne da bi ti dve besedi na FOV kaj pomenili) in niti opravljenih vaj, kar se še zna pokazati kot problem. Tako kot to, da še nimam opravljenega zdravniškega pregleda. Povprečje je še kar vredu, a so zato tudi druge obveznosti. Res da je FOV veliko lažja od FRI, a do konca prvega letnika mi ostane še 6 izpitov in takole bom bolj težko naredil.
Poleg tega pa še ustni izpit iz Naravoslovja pojutrišnjem (Če sem naredil, seveda - Baje je uspeh okoli 20%).

To naravoslovje si zasluži svoj odstavek: Zajema celotno srednješolsko fiziko in kemijo plus nekaj biologije, kibernetike in še kaj. Zanimiv predmet, saj predavatelj govori o življenju, vesolju in sploh vsem, a kaj, ko je prišel enkrat in nato prepustil svojega dolgočasnega pomočnika, da nam predava. Po pomoti sem enkrat prišel tudi na njegova izredna predavanja in moram reči, da so izredni precej najebali: Tipo jim je povedal kazalo snovi in jim dejal, da imajo tri mesece časa, da se stvar naučijo. Fak, mi smo imeli vsaj slajde za gledat :D Sicer pa sva imela krajšo debato o dosegljivosti nam najbližje zvezde, Proxime Centauri in njegov odklonilni odnos do možnosti medzvezdnega potovanja je kar strašljiv (Pa tudi njegovo znanje se mi zdi postavljeno pod vprašaj, če kot argument za nezmožnost potovanja z desetino svetlobne hitrosti da, da letala (v zemljini atmosferi) komaj dosežejo nekajkratnik hitrosti zvoka).
Da povem še kaj smo imeli na izpitu, da se bo lahko kdo držal za glavo, kako lahko naredi le 20%: 1./ Vezje z zaporedno vezanim uporom in žarnico. Uporabiš U=R×I, predvidiš, da je tok skozi vezje enak, uporabiš še P=U×I in je to to.
2./ Zmešaš kislino in bazo. Bazi imaš podano utežno koncentracijo, zmesi pa množinsko koncentracijo. Zračunaj volumen kisline, če imaš še nekaj podatkov.
3./ Kaj je kemijsko ozon, kaj je ozonska luknja, njene posledice.

Mnogokrat dobim občutek, da me ljudje ne marajo. Kot najpomembnejša oseba v Univerzumu imam svoja pričakovanja, katera naj bi drugi ljudje bili dolžni izpolnjevati, in če ne gre vse po mojih željah se počutim prevaranega, v želodcu pa se pojavi žareča krogla besa in bolečine. Pojavijo se vprašanja "Zakaj mi to počnejo?", "S čim sem se jim zameril?", "WWJD?" ipd.
Sem namreč zelo občutljiv osebek, ki bi ga nasploh vsi morali imeti radi in mu iti na roko, pa se vseeno zgodi, da kdaj temu ni tako. Danes je naprimer to storil nekdo, ki prijavlja ljudi na Blogres, saj me ni dodal na seznam prijavljenih blogerjev.
Kljub ponovni prijavi se na seznamu še vedno nisem znašel in zato sedaj patetično tarnam nad v nebo vpijočo krivico, ki se mi godi.

Mimogrede naj omenim še, da ste me s svojimi 800+ obiski v teh nekaj letih, kar imam blog popolnoma razočarali in da resno razmišljam, če ste sploh vredni mojega pisanja. Srčno upam, da bo sprememnjen jezik pisanja vplival na vaš čut za dostojnost in da mi boste namenili spoštovanje in pozornost, ki si ju nedvomno zaslužim.

Stupid link requests

I got the second mail from singleclicksolutions@semoutsourcing.com today, signed by Webmaster @ http://www.singleclicksolutions.co.uk/.

The first one they sent three days ago, and it promised me a link to http://www.driversplanet.com/ on http://www.someorothercomputersite.com/singleclicksolutions/Hardware-Resources.asp page, if I made a link to their own site, which I read is a standard procedure of stupid SEO people.

Since I suspect them of just trying to get quick-dying links, I went to the someorothercomputersite.com (which is actually not the site, but I really don't want to make too much advertising work for them) and tried to rather follow links as a person or a robot would. Guess what? There was no link to the page they mentioned would contain link to my page. The direct link which they sent of course had the link + some links to some 200 other sites, so I just marked mail as spam and moved on.

Today I noticed one mail in my junk. It was them again. It said they think I should not miss such a good opportunity and they have therefore sent me another mail, and if I dont respond, they will send me another!
I found the unsubscribe link at the bottom and examined it. It was http://203.134.221.194/deactivaterequestmail.asp? frm=#unsubmail_from#& tom=#unsubmail_to#&m=2&tu=#unsubmail_LBU#
I was astonished. How will they identify the request for that link as me??
*is the 203.134.221.194 unique IP number meant for my unsubscription?
*am I the LBU in unsubmail_LBU?
I clicked on it anyway, since they are sure to get my email address as fresh again some day anyway and was almost glad when it just said that I was unsubscribed.

I then felt like hacking some GET and went to http://203.134.221.194/deactivaterequestmail.asp and it unsubscribed me again!? But how? I thought I had just seconds ago unsubscribed... Ok, maybe they unsubscribed me from some other mailing list. So I refreshed the page. I was unsubscribed again! Wonders of the world.

Wouldn't it be nice if every refresh I make to the page would unsubscribe me from one of the hundreds of spam lists I seem to be on. So I've mailed them the congratulations for their excellent programming which knows who I am at a distance.

As a quirk, I've done a reverse DNS query on the IP and found it belongs to Linksmartz.sebiz.net who are

now that's LOL :)

Now I have been able to reply to them that their site does not meed our link exchange criteria as it has no good content XD

Since I installed the Tabbrowser Extensions for the best browser ever (Firefox) my browsing habits have changed dramatically. Right now I have two browser windows open. this one, where I write my blog, and a second one, which contains ~60 tabs. Oops. A missimpression.
Actually there are 143 of them, requiring a relatively modest ammount of 400 mb of memory. I'm sure at least some of you have had more than a hundred websites open at a time, but... The more there are, the merrier you are when the BSOD arrives or the browser simply rolls over and dies.
Let's return to the extension. It is totally configurable. For instance usually not all of the tabs are shown, this view is just to show off. Also the tabs have background colors which give you a hint of the time the page was opened. Switching between tabs is very easy - just mouseover them and they change. And the best part is: Session saver. Close Firefox, only to see the closed tabs reopen after you restart. This is so WOW. You can, and should, also make backup copies of tab lists in case the tab state gets corrupted, which happened to me but with a little click now and then...
Oh - another cool thing.. doubleclick on the empty tab area to undo close the last tab... What more could you want..?

This seems to me an excellent way to collect knowledge, and it's what turns me on. It may be just a time-wasting habit since I probably don't get most of the info fed into my brain, but I like the feeling.

My dear boss understands the necessity of technological advance in IT so he buys us top-of-the-line equipement.

A few years ago he bought four or five Microsoft (c) Intellimouse (r) Explorer (tm) USB mice which are still my favourite model (I like the original more than this new v2). Sadly, ALL of them died after a few months of use. Since resurrecting dead electronics was always my hobby I took the first one home and dissected it with a screwdriver and a knife.
The cause of death was very simple: A cut wire.

This could happen to any electronic device, but after the third identical mouse I became suspicious...

Today, when I removed the primary plastic coating around the last of the nest, I noticed that the aluminium secondary wrapping was cut at a certain place and that reminded me, that all the others had it cut there too.
It's where the cable goes out of the mouse, so that COULD be because of excessive usage - Someone obviously thought it would be 1337 to use 6 hair-thick wires for such a dynamic thing as a mouse but... why did this always happen to the white wire when all the other colored wires were made out of six tinies as well???

It is very simple: Because white is a bad color for wires to be.

Today, a stupid thing happened. It was so stupid it motivated me to create a blog to tell the world about it:
I created some .NET code to rewrite URL's for my pet project http://driversplanet.com/ .

The thing (rewriting http://site/printers/list.aspx to http://site/someHiddenPage.aspx) worked superb for my home computer, but at work (Windows 2000) there was an interesting problem:

Page would display just fine in Internet Explorer, while my favourite browser, FireFox, demanded to know my username and password, and eventually barfed a HTTP Error 401
401.1 Unauthorized: Logon Failed

This should not be happening :/ I hacked the web.config rewrite rules, wrecked the IIS site configuration and Allowed all types of users to access my computer, but what was the source of this sh*t was a stupid "Printers" share in IIS.

Yep, this is the second time I wished URL's were case-sensitive...

edit: Some people told me, they were case-sensitive.. I just don't know anymore :S
